As a busy mum of 3 Rachel was worried that not only had she left things too late to get in great shape for her wedding, but that she’d feel too overwhelmed getting more organised with her food…

As busy Mum’s I’m sure we can all relate. We want to eat healthily but often our good intentions get railroaded by the kids getting sick, busy work and family routines and stress.

Despite her worry that she might feel overwhelmed with being more organised with what she ate each day, Rachel discovered the contrary, that after 1 to 2 weeks of getting a bit more organised, it was actually quite easy. And, even better than that, after 12 weeks of just eating more healthily and training just 3 times a week, she woke up with abs peeping through on her wedding day making her feel wonderful in her wedding dress. Well done Rachel!
