  • Training sessions vary depending on the program but are structured in 12 wee k rotations and include a combination of strength training, cardio exercises, and flexibility work. We focus on safe, progressive training techniques suitable for all fitness levels

  • Our programs are tailored mainly for women in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond, but we welcome women of any age looking to improve their fitness and well-being.
